Crowell Represents Conveyor in Series A Financing

Crowell & Moring client Conveyor recently closed a Series A financing, raising $12.5 million in new funding and bringing its total funding raised to $19 million.  The round was led by Cervin Ventures with participation from Maverick Ventures. Proceeds will be used to expand Conveyor’s sales and marketing efforts, R&D and its team. Conveyor has two products – a self-service portal for sharing security documents and compliance questions and a security question answering AI, which uses LLMs to automatically complete security questionnaires.  The transaction was led by Jon O’Connell with support from Justin Lurie, Jonathan Camello, and Jason Nahm.
