Crowell assists Bear Mattress LLC in its acquisition by Brooklyn Bedding and Helix Sleep

Crowell client Bear Mattress LLC has been acquired by Brooklyn Bedding and Helix Sleep.  Founded in 2015, Bear Mattress has become the premier sleep company for active lifestyles with products ranging from mattresses to bed bases, pillows, weighted blankets, sheets, protectors, and toppers.

Brooklyn Bedding and Helix Sleep are owned by Cerberus Capital. The Crowell team of Matthew Moisan, Arnaud Montouché, Justin Porter, and Natalya Wozab helped Bear Mattress complete the deal. The consideration consisted of cash, an earnout and stock in the parent company.   More information can be found here.
