Crowell Advises Stell in Pre-Seed Round

Crowell represented Stell Engineering in an oversubscribed $3.1 million pre-seed round led by Wischoff Ventures and Third Prime VC. Founded by Malory McLemore and Anne Wen, Stell is building a platform to bring new workflows to parts ordering in the aerospace and defense sectors. The capital will help Stell scale their team, build out the product, and work with their first design partners and customers. Jon O’Connell and Nate Gagnon supported Stell on the transaction.
